  10. Main Function Introduction of Kinco HMIware Display and control bit status Bit State Lamp.It is used to display the state of the bit registers. Bit State Setting.This is a switch without lamp,used to control bit registers without display the state of the bit registers.Meanwhile it can also be used to auto-set a bit register when something happen. Bit State Switch.This is a switch with lamp,used to control bit registers and display the state of this bit register or another bit register.

  11. Display and setting data Number Display.It is used to display the data in word registers. Number Input.It is used to set data into word registers. Test Display.It is used to display data of word registers which is in ASCII format. Text Input.It is used to set the value into word registers as ASCII format.

  12. Monitor the data curves Trend curve.It is used to display the trend curve of data. Oscillograph.It is the similar to trend curve,but there is some difference between it and trend curve.It can not work in the background and it can not save. XY Plot.It is used to display the curve of the relationship between two variables.

Event information can be saved in HMI internal memory,Pen drive or SD card. Event Bar.It is the same as Alarm Bar. Historical Event Display.This is used to display the event information when event happen.And it support query function.

We can use a bit state register as a alarm to control the popup window.One direct window can only popup a constant window. Indirect Window.This is similar to direct window.But it is control by a data register. The number of the data register leads to popup different windows.For example, when the number of the data register is equal to 10,and then the indirect window will popup window No.10. Function Key.This is used to popup constant window by manual.It need to push The botton to popup window.

Multiple State Display.This is used to display the states of data register. Dynamic Graph.It is used to change the position and size of rectangle,ellipse or straight line.

User info display.It is used to display the information about all the users set in user permissions.It must be used together with user permissions,use separately is invalid. Historical Event Display.It is used to query the historical event information. We can query the event information by the file’s sequence no. or date. Historical Data Display.It is used to sampling data and save data into internal memory or extended memory.It displays data as a table and can be query by sequence No. or date.

Screenshot Screenshot function is used to take a screenshot of current image and save in HMI to U disk or SD card as a bmp file. Input Order This function is used to set the input order for number input and text input component.When user press the first number input or text input component to popup the keyboard,then the keyboard won’t close when you press ENTER key. And the input cursor will jump one by one until you close the keyboard window by manual.

Test Running Operation Operation Mode Trial operation Trial operation is used to check whether the drive work normally and whether the motor run steadily.Before star test running operation,there are something needed to pay attention. Auto-tuning Auto tuning is used to caculate the inertia parameterof the load (Parameter K_Load).This function is suitable for the application where the motor is allowed to move reversing and the load has no obviously change.This tuning is only used for speed loop.
