  3. Factores a considerar, antes de la toma de decisión, sobre: - la Reposición tradicional, - o la Rehabilitación. ASEPRO CONSULTING

  4. COSTES • Generalmente inferiores a la Reposición. • Además de otros muchos factores a tener en cuenta, como los: • Sociológicos, • Políticos, • Medioambientales, Etc.

  5. . IMPACTO SOBRE EL ENTORNO • La Rehabilitación, (en comparación con la Reposición) minimiza la distorsión del entorno: casi al 10 %, • Por lo que, en zonas urbanas, resulta, - de máxima utilidad - y prácticamente imprescindible.

  6. FIABILIDAD DEL SISTEMA • Hoy ya se puede decir que la mayoría de los sistemas son de gran fiabilidad, por los resultados obtenidos durante los últimos 30 años. • Así mismo, por ensayos de envejecimiento, que superan los 50 años sin deterioro, en algunos sistemas.
