  1. GHA Regeneration Seminar Red Road Demolition/Cultural Project Key speakers: William Sinclair, Managing Director, Safedem. Martin Wright, Project Coordinator, Glasgow Life. Chris Leslie, Photographer/Film-maker. Mitch Miller Illustrator of This Road is Red. The blow down of the two slab blocks at Red Road is planned for late 2011. William Sinclair will discuss the issues involved in this large scale demolition from asbestos removal to community consultation, to preparations for the blow down and site clean up. Martin Wright of the Red Road Cultural Project will discuss the demise of the blocks and celebrate the memories of the people who lived there. Chris Leslie will be exhibiting his photographic documentary of Red Road. Mitch Miller will be showcasing some of his illustrations from the book This Road is Red.
