  2. Crispy Fried Buffalo Meatballs: All white meat chicken seasoned with tangy Buffalo sauce, made into an easy to eat meatball and fried until golden and crispy. These are best served in a traditional way with blue cheese dressing and crisp cool celery sticks

Crispy Fried Buffalo Meatballs Ingredients Amounts Celery, cut into 2in pieces 3 stalks Blue cheese ¼ cup Blue cheese dressing ¼ cup Rosina Buffalo style Chicken meatballs 12 each Method • Begin by pre heating your deep fryer to 350 degrees • Cut all celery into similar 2 inch pieces and set aside along with your blue cheese and blue cheese dressing • To serve simply fry your Rosina Buffalo Style Meatballs until crunchy on the outside and hot in the center and plate with your fresh cut celery, and blue cheese dressing that has been topped with even more delicious blue cheese.

Buffalo Chicken Pizza Ingredients Amounts Pizza Dough 5-8 ounces Marinara 1 ½ TBSP Buffalo Hot sauce ½ TBSP Rosina Buffalo Style Meatballs, cut 8 meatballs Mozzarella Cheese 3 ounces Blue Cheese 1 ounce Diced Tomato 2 TBSP Fresh chopped Basil 3 leaves Method • Begin by stretching your pizza dough to the same size of your pan gently so it does not break • Next add your buffalo sauce spiked marinara on top followed by Rosina Buffalo Style Chicken meatballs that have been halved and mozzarella cheese • Lastly add your blue cheese and bake in a pre heated 375 degree oven until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted • After removing the pizza add fresh chopped tomato and basil before serving for a final burst of flavor
