You can have it either before eating or can be served as a side dish for Indian non veg recipes like biryani, pulao and many more. The easiest way to cook this popular recipe is as follows.
The main ingredient need for cooking this recipe is boneless chicken. You can clean it and cut them into equally sized pieces. The other ingredients you may need to make this Indian non veg recipes are maid a or all-purpose flour, cornstarch or cornflour, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, garammasala, coriander powder, lime, curd, salt and oil. In the bowl mix 4 tablespoons of maid a, 2 tablespoons of cornflour, 2 tablespoons of red chilli powder, 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of cumin powder, 2 teaspoons of garammasala, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder and salt. Add curd and lime to it and whisk well to make the batter thick. Now add the boneless chicken to it and mix it well to coat the batter. You can use this measuring for 1kg of chicken.
Leave it in the fridge or outside to marinate for 3-4 hours. After 4 hours take the bowl and once again mix it well. Now add the pieces to the string and place it in the stove or deep fry it in the pan of hot oil. If you are grilling it you can add onion, capsicum, tomatoes or any other vegetable of your choice and grill it well. After it is cooked well, serve the hot chicken kabab recipes with any chutney or mayonnaise for better taste.
