Emerging themes for Learning Routes • Income diversification by women led groups through: • Strategies for the establishment of pro-poor PPP • - Institutional coordination • Secured access to markets • Diversification of livelihoods • Formation, strengthening and building of second tier networks of cooperative organisations • - Savings groups into cooperatives • Leadership role of women • Social inclusion through economic diversification • Role of women • Role of Dalit and Janajati and other marginalised groups • Literacy, numeracy and financial literacy

Next steps • Case studies: • 2 more needed to be identified and systematized to create a Nepal Learning Route • Kavre (LFLP), Rolpa or Rukum (WUPAP) • Possible PAF specific senior level orientation and training • Action plans per project • Training trainees into facilitators • Learning Route implementation: • January 2013 = 2 more case studies and Learning Route preparation • Feb/March 2013 = Learning Route for Nepali projects • To be defined = 2nd Learning Route open to other countries • To be defined = PAF-specific senior level orientation and Learning Route training
