Tidewater Chapter support to JWC 2012 • Currently have 14 Tidewater volunteers supporting the registration desk and other tasks • Promote STEM and feature locally supported technology education • Last year we gave away a VISA gift card, raffled a poker set and sold chapter coins. What are our plans this year? • YAC social ? ? ? • Capt Dave Depiazza, ACC A3J will represent the Air Force on the Joint Warfighter’s Panel • Supporting Chapter Objectives • Partner with AFCEA International through support to Joint Warfighter Conference (JWC) and other AFCEA events • Continue JWC support through strong volunteer support in partnership with Hampton Roads Chapter and integrate various chapter activities for Tidewater Day • Support Science/Math/Engineering/Technology activities to promote educational value … Programs: Joint Warfighting Conference (JWC) • Concerns / Information Needed • Enlisted Superior Performers (10) to be recognized at our Thursday 17 May lunch ?? Should see names from ACC after 06 April • Status of Tidewater/Hampton Roads Booth? • ACC two (2) one hour blocks on Tues 15 May – Have briefers/subjects/bios been provided? • Have we been provided any marketing material?
