  2. 2004 Season • Kingco records (Girls 1-5 & Boys 0-6). • Girls back to being Academic State Champions. 4 out of last 5 years. • 2nd Annual T&F Camp.

  8. Brittney Canady - Freshman • Earned a J.V. award. • Ran the 800m. • Next year? – 1600m? 3200m?

  9. Alisha Farmer - Freshman • Earned a J.V. award. • Ran the 800m, 1600m and 4x4. • 10th on all-time 1600m list. • Next year? – Another trip during the season? If not, then some more top 10 lists?

  10. Clifford Hellman - Freshman • Earned a J.V. award. • Ran the 1600m, 3200m, and 4x4. • Next year? – 5:10? 11:30?

  11. Megan Kendig - Freshman • Earned a J.V. award. • Threw the javelin and discus. • 4th on new javelin top 10 list. • Won JV Kingco in javelin. • Frosh record with the new javelin. • Next year? – Another class record? A league qualifier? 100 feet?

  12. Ashleigh Koback - Freshman • Earned a J.V. award. • Threw the discus and javelin. • Next year? – More throwing? Thinking about running?

  13. Alex McVey - Freshman • Earned a J.V. award. • Primarily the 800m and 4x4. Added some other events for fun and training. • Next year? – 2:10?

Lisa Cullimore - Freshman • Earned her first varsity letter. • A little bit of everything - 300m hurdles, 100m, 200m, 4x2, 4x4, long jump and high jump. • League qualifier in the high jump. • Ran on the 4x2 and 4x4 teams at Districts. • All-time lists: 6th – 200m; Tied 6th - high jump; 9th – 300m hurdles; Tied 9th – 100m. • Next year? – Sub 60 in the 400m? Sub 50 in the 300m hurdles?

  15. Kyle Hamilton - Freshman • Earned his first varsity letter. • Competed in the pole vault, javelin, long jump and 4x4. • League qualifier in the pole vault. • Competed in the state decathlon. First CHS frosh to do so. • All-time lists: Tied 2nd – pole vault. Tied 4th – new javelin. • Next year? – PV school record? 5000 pts in decathlon?

  16. Nettie Kero - Freshman • Earned her first varsity letter. • Ran the 800m, 1600m, 3200m and 4x4. • Ran on the 4x4 team at Districts. • All-time list: 4th – 1600m, 7th – 800m, 10th – 3200m. • Next year? – District qualifier at 800m? Break 2:30?

  18. David Cortez - Sophomore • Earned a J.V. award. • Threw the javelin and the discus. • Won JV Kingco in the javelin. • Sophomore record with new javelin. • All-time lists: 2nd – new javelin, 7th – all javelin. • Next year? – With another year of experience? 150’? 160’?

  19. Jereme Farmer - Sophomore • Earned a J.V. award. • Ran the 800m, 1600m and 4x4. • Next year? – Sub 2:20? Sub 5:30?

  20. Daniel Kennelly - Sophomore • Earned a J.V. award. • Threw the javelin, shot and discus. • All-time list: 5th – new javelin. • Next year? – 120’ in the javelin?

  21. Kasey Marshall - Sophomore • Earned a JV award. • Threw the shot and the discus. • Next year? – Get healthy? Spot on the shot put list?

  22. Tim Sweany – Sophomore • Earned a J.V. award. • Ran the 100m, 200m, 4x4 and long jumped. • Next year? – Keep improving? Can you say 400m?

  23. Cody Chappell - Sophomore • Earned his second varsity letter. • Ran the 800m, 1600m, 3200m and 4x4. • League qualifier in 3200m. • All-time lists: 7th – 3200m; 8th – 1600m. • Next year? – Sub 10:15? Sub 4:45? District qualifier? Steeple?

  24. Rachel Dussell - Sophomore • Earned her first varsity letter. • Ran the 100m, 200m, 400m and all three relays. • Ran on 4x2 and 4x4 teams at Districts. • All-time lists: Tied 5th – 100m, Tied 6th – 200m. • Next year? – A little vaulting?

  25. Karen Lawton - Sophomore • Earned her second varsity letter. • Ran both hurdles, 4x4 and high jumped. • League, District and State qualifier in 300m hurdles. Member of District 4x4 team. • School, sophomore and freshman records in the 300m Hurdles. • All-time list: 1st - 300m Hurdles; Tied 3rd – High Jump; 5th – 100m Hurdles; Tied 3rd on high jump. • 14th on Power list. • Next year? – Pasco again? How low can she go?

Kenya Marshall - Sophomore • Earned her second varsity letter. • Ran the 100m, 200m, 4x2, and competed in the high jump and long jump. • School and sophomore record in the long jump. • Sophomore and freshman record in the high jump. • League qualifier in the high jump. District qualifier in the long jump and on 4x2. • All-time lists: 1st – long jump; 2nd – high jump; 2nd – 100m; 9th – 200m. • 7th on Power List. • Next year? – Hit the board? 17’?

  28. Tim Lawton - Junior • Earned a J.V. award. • Competed in the pole vault and ran both hurdles, 200m and 4x4. • All-time list: Tied 8th – pole vault. • Next year? – Over 11’ ?

Kimmy Drew - Junior • Earned her third varsity letter. • Competed in both hurdles and triple and high jump. • League qualifier in 100m Hurdles, triple jump and high jump. • All-time lists: 3rd – 100m Hurdles, T3rd – high jump, 5th – 300m Hurdles, 6th – triple jump, T10th – Long Jump. • 11th on Power List. • Next year? – Over 5’ ? Over 31’ ?

  30. Kim Hunter - Junior • Earned her second varsity letter. • Threw the javelin and the discus. • League qualifier in the javelin. • School record with new javelin. Sophomore and junior records with the new javelin. • All-time lists: 1st – New javelin, 3rd – All javelins. • Next year? – Over 115’ ? State qualifier?

  32. Karin Steiner - Junior • Earned her first varsity letter. • Ran the 1600m, 3200m and 4x4. • All-time list: 3rd – 3200m, 8th – 1600m. • Next year? – Biking in her home country of Germany?

  33. Kazlynn Sty - Junior • Earned her first varsity letter. • Threw the javelin and shot. • League qualifier in the javelin. • All-time list: 3rd – new javelin, 7th – all javelin. • Next year? – Throwing for Jenkins H.S.?

  37. Chloe Christman - Senior • Earned her fourth varsity letter. • Ran the sprints and the relays. • Ran on the District 4x2 and 4x4 teams. • All-time lists: 4th - 200m; Tied 7th - 100m; 7th – 400m. • Next year? – Hanging out on the Ave?

  38. Junwen Law - Senior • Earned his third varsity letter. • Pole vaulted, ran the distance races and 4x4. • League qualifier in the pole vault. • All-time list: 4th – pole vault. • Next year? – Trying to perfect a new Law’s Law?

  39. Colin McDonell - Senior • Earned his fourth varsity letter. • Ran the 400m, 800m and 4x4 with a little 200m and steeple thrown in for good measure. • League qualifier in the 800m. • All-time lists: 5th – 800m; 7th – 400m. • Sophomore record at 800m. • Next year – CMac going to CMac?

  40. Maika Takanohara - Senior • Earned her first varsity letter. • Threw the shot, discus and javelin. • All-time list: 5th - new javelin. • Next year? – Art Institute?

Matt Warner – Senior • Earned his fourth varsity letter. • Pole vaulted, ran the sprints and the 4x4. • League qualifier in the pole vault. • All-time list: Tied 2nd – pole vault; 3rd – 200m; Tied 6th – 100m; 9th – 400m; Tied 9th – high jump. • Tied 10th on the power list. • Freshman records in the 100m and 200m. • Next year? – Rooming with Junwen?
