  2. Eating Healthy: • Having a balanced and healthy diet affects your whole body.  • For better eyes, your diet must include green and deep yellow vegetables. • Food rich with Omega-3 like salmon and halibut are also very good for the vision.

  3. Maintain weight: • For good health, it is essential to maintain weight. • Being overweight can cause diabetes, which leads to glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy • You must exercise daily and eat a healthy weight to stay fit.

  4. Use Sunglasses: • Sunlight has UV-A and UV-B radiation, which can have a bad effect on the eyes. • To be protected from this radiation, you need to use high-quality sunglasses. • These can prevent cataracts and age-related muscular degeneration.

  5. Avoid Starring At Screen For a Long Time: • These days we are surrounded by screens and after the pandemic, most of the people spent most of their time. • In front of laptops or mobile phones which can have a very bad effect on the eyes. • IF you spend too much time in front of the screen it can cause fatigue, dry eye,  headaches, and blurry vision.
