  2. The Eyes (Human Anatomy) • The eyes are the most important sensory organs given by nature to us. • Eyes give us a detailed sense of our surroundings as visuals • To keep these amazing gifts safe, you need to take good care of them.

  3. Healthy Diet for Eye • Best food for the eyes are as under • Fish • Nuts and legumes • Seeds • Citrus fruits • Leafy green vegetables • Carrots • Sweet potatoes • Beef • Eggs • Water Having a balanced and healthy diet affects your whole body. For better eyes, your diet must include green and deep yellow vegetables. 

  4. Use Sunglasses: • Sunlight has UV-A and UV-B radiation, which can have a bad effect on the eyes. • Look for polarized lenses. They're best for reducing glare. This is especially important if you have had refractive eye surgery, such as LASIK. • Select brown, grey, green or yellow lenses. They're best for minimizing color distortion.
