Alle pasienter skal følges med slagplan . Standardisert monitorering av BT, puls, temp, hjerterytme, glucose, O2 , kartlegging av funksjoner (svelg, nevrologiske utfall). Det skal også føres sjekkliste for utredning og behandling ( sjekkliste for leger ).

  1. Alle pasienter skal følges med slagplan. Standardisert monitorering av BT, puls, temp, hjerterytme, glucose, O2 , kartlegging av funksjoner (svelg, nevrologiske utfall). Det skal også føres sjekkliste for utredning og behandling (sjekkliste for leger). Alle slagpasienter bør mobiliseres tidlig ut av seng, helst innen 24t etter innleggelse. Alle i det tverrfaglige teamet skal bidra til mobilisering så tidlig og så ofte som mulig.
