  2. Tip1: Exercise Regularly To get a healthy lifestyle it is important to stay fit and fine physically. So, you can do exercise to stay phsically fit. Do some easy exercise which is good for your health. If you have any disease or medical problems consult your doctor first and than do any exercise.

  3. Tip2: Meditation Same as your physical health, mental health is also important to live a healthy lifestyle. Best way to stay mentally healthy is do meditation, and other activities which makes you happy. Also take enough sleep (daily 8-10 hours of sleep) is important.

  4. Tip3: Take a Healthy Diet Taking a healthy diet is also important to stay healthy. Make a proper diet plan and include foods which provide enough nutrients, vitamins, and calcium. Try to eat fruits, green vegetables, sprouts, and etc. and avoid junk foods as much as possible.

  5. Tip4: Regular Checkup Regular health checkup is essential. Most of us don't go for regular checkup as we do not have any health problems but regular health checkup is required. Consult your doctor or online chemists regularly to discuss your health related problems.
