  2. mukhOsh is the only active Bangla theatre group in Bangalore. We are made of scientists of IISc and techies/professionals of Bangalore. In 2008, we organized Moitree: the first ever Bangla Theatre festival in Bangalore at Ranga Shankara. www.mukhosh.org

The Kolkata plays “Sonata” explores the trials and tribulations, the lives and loves of three single women living in a city.  One of the best Bengali productions at present — Surya Pora Chhai is guaranteed to uplift viewers…The Telegraph “Kachher Manush” depicts how a man stands by his fellow human beings. Every human soul could come close to another soul, the only condition being the abolition of all divisions between man and man.

  10. mukhOsh plays “Jibon Muchki Haashe” is a Wodehouse adaptation, a comedy with shades of gray: Bangalore Mirror The play talks about second chances and the scope to reform with the help of the third eye or “Tritiyo Nayan”: Times of India, Bangalore

Why sponsor? • After the success of Moitree ’08, we expect a sell-out audience of 1600. • Our audience profile would consist mostly of IT and high-tech/high-profile professionals living in South Bangalore who are associated with GE, Intel, Infosys, HP, Saplabs, Accenture, Wipro, and other software/tech companies, with average income not less than 10 lakhs. • A large proportion of the audience would be Bengalis, but we also expect a substantial number of non-Bengali audience, since we have an English play this time. • This would be a golden opportunity for our sponsors to reach out to a wide cross-section of upper middle class society, not only in Bangalore, but also in Kolkata.

  12. Sponsorship categories In order to be included in all our posters, the sponsors should send us soft copies of their logos latest by 8th May 2009.

What’s in it for… • Alpha Sponsors • Company name and logo on ALL our posters, tickets, newspaper adds and festival banners at the venue. •  Company name and logo on the cast and credits handouts for each play. •  2 full page ads in our festival booklet (worth Rs 10k each). • Acknowledgement on stage during the festival. • 10 tickets per show; a total of 50 tickets worth Rs 7,500 (total seats 300 per how).

What’s in it for… • Beta Sponsors • Company name and logo on ALL our tickets, and posters and festival banners at the venue. •  Company name and logo on the cast and credits handouts for each play. •  1 full page ad in our festival booklet (worth Rs 10k). • Acknowledgement on stage during the festival.  • 6 tickets per show; a total of 30 tickets worth Rs 4,500 (total seats 300 per show).

Other sponsorship options • Travel partners •  Sponsor four return air tickets between Kolkata and Bangalore for our guests from Kolkata. • Have your company name and logo on ALL our posters, tickets,newspaper ads and festival banners at the venue as our travel partners. •  Get the option to attach your promo materials with our tickets. • Have your Company name and logo on the cast and credits handouts for each play. •  1 full page ad in our festival booklet (worth Rs 10k). •  Acknowledgement on stage during the festival. •  6 tickets per show; a total of 30 tickets worth Rs 4,500 (total seats 300 per show).

  17. Other sponsorship options • Hospitality partners •  Sponsor the stay of our guests from Kolkata in Bangalore, and/or sponsor the catering charges for the Kolkata teams. • Have your company name and logo on ALL our posters, tickets,newspaper ads and festival banners at the venue as our hospitality partners. •  Get the option to attach your promo materials with our tickets. • Have your Company name and logo on the cast and credits handouts for each play. •  1 half page ad in our festival booklet (worth Rs 5k). •  Acknowledgement on stage during the festival. •  3 tickets per show; a total of 15 tickets worth Rs 1,500 (total seats 300 per show).

Other sponsorship options • Media partners •  Give us free publicity in your newspaper/radio programmes. • Have your company name and logo on ALL our posters, tickets,newspaper ads and festival banners at the venue as our media partners. •  Get the option to attach your promo materials with our tickets. • Have your Company name and logo on the cast and credits handouts for each play. •  1 full page ad in our festival booklet (worth Rs 10k). •  Acknowledgement on stage during the festival. •  6 tickets per show; a total of 45 tickets worth Rs 4,500 (total seats 300 per show).

  19. Sponsors: GET NOTICED •  Display your company logo etc. on banners to be put on vehicles used during the festival in Bangalore. • The vehicles would travel for at least 40 km inside the heavily populated areas within the city on all three days at rush traffic hours, and would thus gain extremely high visibility for your company. •  There would be two mini-buses running all three days of the festival. • There would also be several cars for the delegates booked on all three days of the festival, which would carry posters of the festival, bearing your logos.

Vehicle banner space available • In a banner of 4 ft X 3 ft, you will get the following space: • Alpha sponsors: At least 15” X 15” sq ft ad space. • Beta sponsors: At least 12” X 12” ad space. • Gamma sponsors: At least 8” X 8” ad space. • Travel Partners: At least 12” X 12” ad space. • Media Partners: At least 12” X 12” ad space. • Hospitality Sponsors: At least 8” X 8” ad space.

And some more sponsorship options… • Give us your own banners for display (Rs 15,000) •  Have your company’s banner on display outside Ranga Shankara on all three days of the festival. • Have your company’s name and logo on the cast and credits handouts for each play. • One quarter page ad in our booklet (Worth Rs 5k). Give us your promo materials for distribution (Rs 8,000) • You can give us handbills and other promo materials of your company for distribution with our cast and credits handouts for all shows. • We will also give you a page footer ad in our booklet (Worth Rs 2k).
