Strategic plans are mostly filed away in cloud storage, are seldom referenced, and are rarely used. It leads us to inquire- if your strategic plan is not used by anyone, why bother creating it? There are several benefits of IT strategic planning, even though the plan is rarely used. In this blog, we will discuss the importance of having an IT Strategy and how it is beneficial for an organization.

Its focus is on the IT vision, processes, organization, and infrastructure, the whats and whens of aligning IT with their business goals, and increasing the capability of IT. Dynamic, not Static An IT Strategy is a process and not a one-time event. Your strategy should be revised multiple times on a regular basis.
