CC-18/9 Cyclotron Target System: Design and Implementation at Turku PET Centre

This project focuses on the design and installation of the target station for the CC-18/9 cyclotron at Turku PET Centre. The system is capable of producing various isotopes like 11C, 13N, 15O, and 18F with operational details and technical drawings provided. The cyclotron features advanced capabilities such as high beam extraction and multiple irradiation positions. Various target materials including gas and water are accommodated, offering flexibility for routine production and experimental purposes. The design incorporates CAD/CAM technology and automation for efficient operation.
