  2. More than the aesthetics, an office design is also functional and affects the way the staff works. As much as possible, an office interior must be close to the comforts of a good home. Part of a good office interior is the furniture. Your chairs and tables must not only be functional but should also offer proper comfort to your employees to ensure that body aches and stress are prevented. Aches, pain and stress can cause frustration and may lead to sick days which means unproductive days for the employee and a loss for the business. • The aesthetic value of your office design also plays an important role in how your business is perceived.
