  4. Environment • Create a culture of trust and collaboration • Build capacity • Provide Professional Development focused on Effective Data Teams • Monitor the work • Modify actions along the way • Validate that what you are doing is working… fidelity and efficacy

  5. How? • Create “natural” teams • Create teams for a purpose • Develop team norms for efficacy • Select protocols that support the team work • Meet frequently to examine the data (student work) to monitor student learning along the way

  6. Data formats … • Bar graphs • Line graphs • EXCEL spread sheets • Scatter plots • Tables • Authentic samples • Censograms
