PPD (Mantoux) test interpretation • 15 mmPersons with no known risk factors for TB • (Targeted skin testing programs should only be conducted among high-risk groups) • 10 mmRecent immigrants (< 5 yrs) from high prevalence countries Injection drug users Residents & employees of high-risk congregate settings • (e.g., prisons, nsg homes, hospitals, homeless shelters) Mycobacteriology lab personnel Persons with clinical conditions that place them at high risk • (eg, DM, leukemia, ESRD) Children < 4 yo, or children/adolescents exposed to adults in high-risk categories • 5 mmHIV-positive person Patients with organ transplantsOther immunosuppressed patients, including steroids > 1 mo. Recent contacts of person with TB Persons with nodular or fibrotic changes on CXR c/w old TB
