  2. 1) The scientific review of the work performed by the partners including scientific deliverables and the coordination of internal progress reports; • 2) Monitoring of progress with work packages, deliverables and milestones and the work plan, including the verification of the quality, consistency and respect of deadlines; • 3) Research risk management; • 4) The preparation of the scientific part of the reports and deliverables to be submitted to the EU; • 5) Conflict resolution relating to technical and organizational issues; • 6) Organization by scientific/technical staff of project meetings; • 7) Activities related to participation in scientific decision making bodies such executive committees, scientific advisory boards and steering committees (including travelling related costs).

  4. Workplan Task 7.1: Preparation of project meeting in Month6

  5. During the 6 month meeting, the consortium partners will discuss about experiments results and evaluation, go/no-go decision processes (all partners involved).

  7. Workplan Task 7.2: Preparation of intermediate progress reports (Month 6) These reports summarize the scientific activities carried out by all partners by the end of month 6. Each partner will contribute to the preparation of deliverable report. The project coordinator will share with all consortium partners the templates with clear requirements concerning the information requested for the intermediate progress reports.

  8. Workplan Task 7.2: Preparation of intermediate progress reports (Month 6) • WP Leaders will prepare intermediate progress reports of the R&D progress based on the written technical reports by partners and will submit to the PC. • In case of insufficient progress or deviations from the work plan corrective measures will be required and implemented. • Should the under or non performance of partners happen, the PC together with the WP Leaders and Elaphe and SAU representatives will take appropriate actions. • Intermediate progress report for R&D activities will be submitted by the PC to the EC every six months.
