(And if you’re not, you should be). • This is one of the first parts of the migration process and particularly important because many apps are either not available on Jira or Confluence Cloud, or have different functionality. On top of that, some apps are available on all platforms but require additional migration effort. • In this article we’ll talk about what to do if you’re using Rich Filters in your Server or Data Center Jira instances but will be moving to Jira Cloud, where Rich Filters is not available. 3. Options for Rich Filters for Jira users • Since Rich Filters is not compatible with Jira Cloud, your organization is going to need to do one of two things. 1. 12. Create Jira templates you can reuse • Custom Charts for Jira lets you save your charts in a designated templates area for others to reuse. It’s as easy as creating a chart, clicking “Save current chart as template”, and giving it a name and template type (private or global). You can edit templates simply by making alterations in the editor and clicking “Replace with current chart”. And you can access and use a template just by clicking the “Templates” icon in the Chart Type selector. • This is one of Custom Charts’ most convenient features and an advancement on the ability to import and export existing charts from one dashboard to another (which you can still do).
