If you need to talk on cell, please step outside • Registration Desk Open Mon 0900-1500, Tues 0700-1100, and Wed 0700-1000

AIA/Tri-ServicesPublications Workshop Administrative Notes (Continued) • Included in your Conference Fee are: • Buffet lunches Tuesday and Thursday; Please wear your name tag • “Ice Breaker” Reception 6-8:30 pm Tuesday evening • Location: Rose Garden Room; Heavy Hors D'Oeuvres; Cash Bar • Open to All Registered Conference Attendees; Please wear name tag • Beverages & (afternoon) snacks during breaks • Largest Pubs Workshop to-date: 300 registered! • Seven nations, all US military services, and industry represented • All briefings must have been approved for public release by the cognizant authority of the information being presented

AIA/Tri-ServicesPublications Workshop Administrative Notes (Continued) • Unless presenters inform us otherwise, briefings will be posted to Members Only section of the AIA website AND to DAU Logistics Community of Practice (COP) website • http://acc.dau.mil/simplify/ev.php?ID=21578_201&ID2=DO_TOPIC (web address contained in your welcome letter) • Attendance list and agendas in your registration packets • Technology Demonstrations scheduled for Wed afternoon • Demonstrations are made available as a public service to workshop attendees, and does not necessarily constitute or imply endorsement by AIA or AIA member companies.

It confirms your admission and lets others know who you are. • Q&A encouraged, but hold questions to panels to the end • A microphone will be available; please use it for questions • When asking a question, please clearly state your name, organization, and duty title
