  2. Agenda • Introduction and problem statement • The current Employment Placement Process (E2P) • where IT is involved and where it is absent. • Important of IT to be there. • Proposed E-placement model • Benefits.

Introduction • A lot of graduates facing a problem while seeking jobs. • The problem comes from • the ways of notifications about the job available position, • the mediator media used for this notification. • Most of the job seekers do • not know about the available job positions at the right time, • might know only by the job closing date or around that. • This might lead to • lose opportunities, and • due to less number of applicants, • the employers • may find some difficulties in finding the qualified and well trainee employees. • a miss matching. • This certainly will lead to bad performance in the public sector.

Introduction • Agreement about the importance of the IT for • developing the societies. • the evolving of the personal quality is recommended. • Personal quality is • the selection of the qualified and well trainee persons for public positions in the right place on the right time according to a clear selection criteria and process.

  6. Job Seeker Institutes Schools GPC E2P Chain • The characteristics of the chain from the university as starting point through the General Person Council (GPC) as a manger of the E2P to the job position are suitable environment to get benefit from IT.

IT: to be fully involved • supported by infrastructure and by 6 support areas: • Infrastructure √ - at least for first phase • People • Employer, employee, ITS Specialists (we are ready), Intermediary (GPC) • Public policy – • Legal, policy (National Service Act) • Notification/publication • Should be close touch to employee • Support services • These range from content creation to interview and exams to employee’s selection. • Partnerships • Throughout chain (Schools -> GPC-> Institutes -> assign position)
