Learning Outcomes In this session, participants will explore: • Examples and strategies for aligning various college student success initiatives, like SSSP, BSI, Student Equity, and college plans • Examples and strategies for creating collaboration between student services and instruction • One college’s first year experience programs, which exemplify how this alignment can lead to improved student outcomes

GO DAYS: a Study of Collaboration • GO Days Planning Team: Academic Affairs, Student Services, Administration and Classified • Academic Affairs and Student Services workshops offered • ALL faculty and staff members are invited and encouraged to volunteer or participate in some way • Funded through BSI, SSSP, Equity and General Funds
