The Challenge TASK Streamline Verification, Audit, Assurance and Warranty globally A question was asked globally of all regions conducting diving operations on BP managed and operated worksites (Upstream only) What process do you currently use for project diving assurance? Response: 8 regions and essentially 8 different answers

How to achieve this • Define assurance • Develop the global process • Educate Diving contractors to our expectations, UDP and the Policy Statements • Educate the BP Regional Diving Responsible Person, Technical Authorities and Client Approved Representatives to our expectations • Restructure the Global Team.
