Reducing unsafe conditions • Reducing unsafe conditions is always an employer’s first line of defense in accident prevention. • Safety engineer should design jobs so as to remove or reduce physical conditions. • Employers increasingly use computerized tools to design safer equipment.e.g designsafe help automate the tasks of hazard analysis ,risk assessment ,and identifying safety option. www.BZUpages.com

  6. Reducing unsafe conditions • Sometimes the solution for for eliminating an unsafe condition is obvious, and sometimes its more subtle e.g. slips and falls are often the result of debris or a slippery floor . Relatively obvious remedies for problems like these include slip reducing floor coatings ,floor mats, better lighting and a system to quick block of spills. www.BZUpages.com
