  7. Praise and Recognition

  8. Kudos Makala Hi Makala, not sure if you’ve noticed, but I’ve been publishing content for Mayo Clinic Proceedings on nearly a daily basis. The training video was excellent in guiding me through the management of the Proceedings social media accounts and easily publishing content from a single platform. As a previous user of GatherContent and Spredfast, publishing content required approximately 7-8 steps. With Sprinklr, I’m able to schedule and/or publish content in one easy step, using custom photos and descriptions when desired. I’ve referred back to the video several times when I have questions as I further explore Sprinklr. Thanks for all you’ve done to make it seamless for Proceedings to publish social media posts and tweets! Lisa Muenkel

  9. Kudos Genelle I just wanted to quick drop you a line while I'm thinking of it. I have had to lean on Genelle Gliem several times over the past few weeks during the transition to supplemental staff. Today she's been walking me through the timecard process, an effort that included a 40-minute telephone consult. In all of our interactions, she's been unfailingly cheerful and gracious. Not to mention, helpful - she sticks with the problem until it is resolved! I've tried to let Genelle know how much I appreciate her help and especially her attitude, but wanted to let her supervisor know, too. And according to the Quarterly, it looks like that's you. If not, could you point me in the right direction? I want to make sure to let the powers that be know just what I think of Saint Genelle! :-) Nicole Brekke Sisk

  10. Kudos Matt D. A special thanks to Matt for his EXCELLENT work and willingness to go above and beyond. Emily JC Ties

  11. Kudos Lee Once again, you held a crowd in the palm of your hand at the Corporate Communications Conference at Fordham. You are the gold standard when it comes to engaging an audience with inspirational yet practical content. Thank you so much for contributing so significantly to the success of the conference. There were many positive written comments on the evaluations about you and your presentation and your scores were all 10s, I seem to recall. One person even wrote in an '11' for you. You made a significant impression, needless to say. I truly appreciate your willingness to answer my call to present every time I ask. I know you will enjoy the upcoming trip to China immensely - I'm sure you'll collect some more good stories to share. We'll miss you at the social media Council meeting, but will welcome your colleagues. Jan Botz, Program DirectorThe Conference Board

  12. Kudos Annie Your virtual presentation came through brilliantly last week. Thanks so much for your willingness to dial in and take us through your massive reorg, which will be very interesting to follow to see how it works out over time. In fact, during our little debrief at the end of the meeting, someone mentioned specifically that your presentation worked out very well and everyone appreciated hearing the story and the lessons learned. You have a knack for making it sound like you're in the room. Elizabeth did a great job representing your team and Mayo Clinic.Sheactively participated and we enjoyed having her with us. I'm very much looking forward to seeing you in November at J&J. It promises to be a very interesting venue (they should have their new museum open by then) and meeting. Jan Botz, Program DirectorThe Conference Board

  13. Kudos Duska First Class Work!! I deeply appreciate all you did to make this a success for Mayo Clinic. Steve Swensen, M.D. Duska is deserving of massive amounts of kudos. This was such a tremendous amount of work for months. I was thrilled to overhear Dr. Swensen thanking and acknowledging her work. Without her efforts – diplomatic steering, weekly conference calls and having a steadfast vision of how this can benefit Mayo – this event would have been less dynamic and less reflective of Mayo excellence. Cheers for Duska! Kathleen Harrington

  14. Kudos Colette Sincere thanks for all you did to support the PMI Biobank PA strategy – understatement, this was one w/ many moving parts, coordinated flawlessly on a shorter than expected timeline. Thanks for your commitment, thorough approach and collaborative spirit as you engaged others across the department and Mayo Clinic. Chris Gade

  15. Kudos Colette Great job Team Mayo! I just wanted to personally say that I enjoyed reading the Mayo Clinic's article a few moments ago. We are glad that Mayo is aligning efforts with the rest of the community! Andrew HanusOffice of Science and Technology PolicyThe White House

  16. Kudos Max Great news! Kevin Paige asked if Max could do a quick demo of the new PP website at the June 16th PP CORe Team Meeting. You can expect to receive an email from Carrie Rogness but I’m hoping you are available to demo the great work that you have done. We specifically want you to show the list of SMEs, PAs, etc. and that this is the source of truth.  Kevin’s quick recognition of your work, Max, is a feather in your cap. You should feel pretty proud of yourself. We are all very happy to have you on our team and to see you doing such awesome work.  Jan Jasperson

  17. Congratulations Makala and John
