  2. What’s coming Up….. • 4 – Yearbook Video Project kick off 12- WHS Junior/Senior Prom • 22 – Senior / Senior Prom 6:30pm – 9:30pm • r.s.v.p. in room 118 by 4/18/2014

  3. Senior group Cap and Gown Panoramic Picture 8:00am in Williams Gym. Must have green gown on to be in the picture. Gowns will not be provided if you forget.

  4. What’s coming Up….. Senior Field Trip to The Main Event in Ft. Worth Bowling with shoes Laser Tag T-Shirt $10 game card 2 slices of Pizza and a drink Pudding Fight

  5. Baccalaureate • Optional Christian ceremony planned by an area pastors group with the senior officers. Graduation robes only are worn. No cords/stolls/hats. • Sunday Dress under the robe • Sunday, June 1, 2014 • Waxahachie Bible Church • 2:00pm Service • Short Reception immediately following

  6. The End... June 6, 2014 - Graduation 8:00pm Lumpkins Stadium

  8. MANDATORY Graduation Practice Friday, June 6 at 9:00am Be in your chair on the field.

  9. 2014 Graduation Ceremony • Graduation is a formal, serious ceremony. • Attending Graduation and walking across the stage is a privilege, not a right. • To participate, you must attend the mandatory practice and be in the required clothing. • If you are unable to obtain the required attire, see Mr. Fields in room 160 or Mrs. Axtell in room 118 by May 23, 2014. • More details will be announced May 16.

  10. REQUIRED Graduation Attire for Men • Black Dress Slacks • Black Dress Socks with Black Dress Shoes (or Black Dress Boots) • White Dress Shirt • Tie of your choice • WISD dress code will be enforced

  11. REQUIRED Graduation Attire for Women • Dress that does not show under your graduation robe but is still finger-tip length • Black Dress shoes or black sandals • No high heels are allowed on the turf • WISD dress code will be enforced

  12. In case of inclement weather: Graduation will take place at SAGU Shaefer Full Life Center at the same time The call will be made by noon on the day of graduation Each graduate will receive a limited number of tickets depending on the graduating class size
