1. Student Process - CertifiedProfile Exclusive to CertifedBackground.com • Students visit www.certifiedprofile.com • Students are launched into CertifiedProfile • Students are alerted of any additional requirements or “to-do lists”

3. The Email address you used when your order was placed is your username. Enter this in the login box shown below.

5. On the student's homepage, they will see all their additional requirements as To-Do lists.

6. From there you will click on the (+) sign beside each requirement, then select "Upload File", and browse from your "Document Center" or “Computer”. ***You will just be moving your documents from one place of your profile/computer to another. If the document is stored on your computer, choose computer and choose the name of the file you have stored that goes along with the appropriate requirement you are working on.

7. If the file has not been uploaded to your profile yet, choose Computer. If the file has been uploaded to your document center already, then choose document center. A new window will open.

8. If you chose computer a select file window will open. This is the same as if you were attaching something to an email. Once that window opens choose the file (previously scanned to your computer's desktop). If you chose Document Center a new window will open.

9. Once the next popup window opens for the document center click the “Clinical Requirements” link. Then select on the file from the list on the right. This will cause the file to link to the requirement. Once the file is linked click Submit. Your document will process then will be ready for review. Files should be PDF's and saved with a name that is easy to identify what is on the document. A file that is used once for a requirement is saved to the document center and can be used for more than one requirement if needed. Once a file has been uploaded to the requirement it will go to processing status. A few moments later it will be ready to submit. ***Please note if additional pages are needed to meet a requirement PRIOR to Pressing submit the student will have the option to “Upload Another File”. They will then go through the same steps to upload each additional page needed. Once all pages needed have been selected, then the student should press “Submit”. The requirement will be in processing for a few minutes then will change to Pending Review.

10. As documents are reviewed the status for each requirement will change to complete.

11. Students receive automated weekly emails recapping incomplete and rejected To-Do List requirements to help keep them on track.
