NTT Course

The responsibility of primary school teachers is much higher than that of kindergarten teachers, so we have trained them through our successfully developed training methodology, where we cover the teaching of pre-school and primary education. While in the NTT section the teacher helps the students to develop their mental, physical and social growth, in the Primary section he helps them to upgrade their academic growth along with other factors.

  1. What things are taught in nursery teacher training A 3-year elementary school curriculum in India consists of 606 hours of instruction. The basic tools needed by a teacher are a chair, notebook and pencil. Teachers must also have an agenda to keep track of their classes' progress. Teachers need to be patient when teaching, and they also need to know when to ask for help from parents or other teachers. A good teacher can make learning fun for his students. First of all, all children learn at different rates. So a teacher must be prepared for all situations. For example, when teaching math, the teacher should not just assume that his students know how to do addition; he should explain everything clearly and slowly. Teachers should also plan lessons based on the ages of their students. For example, if a class consists mostly of 3-year-old children, plan lessons accordingly. This way, the kids will understand what they're hearing and seeing. Additionally, teachers need to have a list of equipment they can use in lessons; this way, they can prepare for any lessons they want to teach. The best way for a teacher to train his students is by doing hands-on learning activities with them. Doing this prevents the teacher from being a walking textbook and empowers him to act like a friend helping his students learn. For example, if the teacher wants to teach his class about manners, he can demonstrate good manners himself before teaching them. Doing this also makes lesson planning easier; the teacher knows exactly what he's teaching when he prepares lessons based on what his class is like.

  2. A good way for the teacher to make himself part of the family is by helping with household chores around the house. This shows that he respects the family's time as much as theirs; it also shows the kids that he cares about their time as much as theirs. It helps him gain trust with his students that he really does understand how hard their day has been and that he wants to show his sympathy towards them in return. Based on these tips, it seems that a good nursery school teacher trains her students well by doing her homework herself first and then involving the students in family life activities last. Doing this keeps classroom time effective and allows the teacher to build strong relationships with both children and their families alike.

  3. Preschools are schools mainly for the primary education of young children. In other countries, they are commonly referred to as nursery schools. In most countries, the government provides guidelines for the operation of preschools. Teachers in preschools are usually required to have a minimum of a secondary education and experience in the subjects they'll teach. This is because most countries have laws requiring teachers in preschools to have at least that much experience before they teach subjects in their curriculum. Both preschool teachers and nursery school teachers need to undergo a specific training course to learn their respective professions. Most of them take a two-year Diploma in Childhood Education course, since it covers all aspects of primary education. After completing the course, graduates can apply to be certified by the National Council for Children and Child Development. Candidates must pass an exam on first-degree subjects such as mathematics, English, science and social studies before they can become certified teachers. Candidates also need to complete an essay on their past working experiences and submit it for evaluation. Those who successfully pass these requirements can become eligible for a primary school teacher's post. Every graduating preschool teacher should have a strong understanding of the subjects covered during her training course. During training, trainees usually cover history, geography, and current events as well as problem-based teaching (PBT) methods. They also learn how to run educational games, sing songs, and play educational board games with their students. Training also includes learning how to deal with behavioral problems and teaching mentally challenged students. The practical sessions usually last for twelve weeks but may take longer if there are problem trainees in the class. After completing the training course, graduates take an advanced examination before obtaining their Diploma in Childhood Education. Those who pass this exam can become eligible for primary school teacher posts.

  4. A preschool teacher should already have a grasp on the subjects she'll cover before she starts training new teachers. Since preschools cover various subjects, such as reading, writing, and arithmetic, new teachers should already know how to teach these subjects effectively. These subjects should be taught according to the guidelines set by authorities. Teachers also need to follow any additional guidelines set by the country where the preschool is located. A preschool teacher needs a strong understanding of her subjects when she starts training new teachers. She should also have sufficient experience working with children so she can effectively implement her lessons. Both new teachers and experienced ones should study under guidelines regularly as they prepare for their respective professions.
