In 90 days (Jan 10), we will know we are successful when: Evidence of implementation: • Focus – Targeted, focused • Instruction of lowest quartile • Professional Development for classroom teachers. • Team will meet to examine instructional strategies and student data • ELL/SPED Support • Development Teacher • Leaders • Read Naturally Program • Building Family Events Focused on Literacy • After‐School Program “Kick‐Start the Year” • Learning Celebrations
