  5. What Are the Goals? • 75% Collaborative Conversion Rate • 3.75 Organs Transplanted Per Donor (OTPD) • 10% DCD (Donation after Cardiac Death)

  6. Where Do We Start? • Identify Key Players • Issue “A Call to Action” • Outline measurable goals and clear timelines • Equip partners with “tools” to take ownership

  18. The biggest opportunity for improvement in our Region is to INCREASE OTPD by: Focus on ECD (Extended Criteria Donors) 23.5% of total donors OTPD 2.10 ECD ≠ A “Bad” Donor Region 7 Strategy
