Sept. 5-7 Journal Review (all categories) Sept. 7 Journal Reviews due (20 total; 10 in primary subject area / 10 in secondary subject area) note: an example of a subject area might be microbiology) Sept. 14 Submit & approve 3 potential projects ideas Sept. 14-21 Make contacts with researchers in your 3 potential fields.   8. Homework • Find 5 recent engineering articles/projects that interest you. Print the abstract and write a three sentence summary of your favorite article. • The three sentence summary will include: • What was the purpose? • How did they test (collect data)? • What did they find out?
