Conclusion from joint steering committee on 9th November, 2006 • Output – Summary Workshop (up to 2006) • - Summary Reports from each Project Leaders/Sub-leaders • are requested by the end of December, 2006 • 2006 Report to JSPS & NRCT • Overall Summary Report (up to August, 2007) will be requested from each Project leader / Sub-leader • Submission = 15 August 2007

Conclusion from joint steering committee on 9th November, 2006 (continue) • 2007 Planned Joint Activities • 3.1 Concluding Joint Seminar • Host University = Kasetsart University • Types : Opened Seminar • Dates : 17th – 20th October, 2007 in 33rd STT • (Congress = 18-20th Oct.) • (33rd Science and Technology Congress of Thailand) • Venue : Walailak University, • Nakorn Si Thammarat Province, Thailand • Participants : 80 Japanese Participants • All registered Thai Counterpart researchers • (90 participants)

Conclusion from joint steering committee on 9th November, 2006 (continue) Presentation : Oral : Keynote (External Invited Speakers) 2 papers (40 min each) Selected papers of maximum to 18 papers (30 min. each) Poster : All projects / All participants Abstract Book : - Every projects (collaborative works) submit 1 abstract (2 x A4 pages) - Deadline 15 August 2007

Each counterpart performs the patent process through his/her own university • Benefit sharing according to contribution and • their own university regulations
