Trial #1: Relevancy Is the Information specific to the topic? Does this source contain the information you need? Is it at the level you need?
Trial #2: Authority Is the author and publisher clearly identified? Does the author have appropriate qualifications? Does the site inform rather than entertain or promote?
Trial #3: Accuracy Is the site free of typos and grammatical errors? Is the site well researched and documented (bibliography)? Are the site’s links reputable and working?
Trial #4: Currency Is the information up to date? Are the statistics current? Are the dates of creation and updates indicated?
