  1. CUB SCOUTS! Then consider cub scouts. Cub Scout Pack 85 will hold its first meeting for the year on Tuesday, Sept. 27 at 7pm in the Indian Lane Elementary School’s Cafeteria. Our leaders will talk to the parents about scouting while the kids(the entire family is always welcomed) will have some fun building a space shuttle model. Boy scouts will be there to lend a hand. Here's a little bit about Scouting:Scouts generally starts in first grade, but your son can join at any time.If you have an older child, it is not too late to join.Scouts generally meet three times a month:  there is one Pack meeting which is usually the third Wednesday of the month at 7pm here in the ILES cafeteria. One den meeting, and one outing which is something fun like hiking, fishing, bowling, archery, tours of fire or police stations, etc. As the scouts get older, they go camping. “SCOUTING is AWESOME!“ * “I LOVE BEING A SCOUT” * “THANKS FOR SIGNING ME UP FOR SCOUTING” SCOUTING IS A GREAT WAY TO INTRODUCE THE BOYS TO THE OUTDOORS AND MAKE SOME NEW FRIENDS.  Boys,Do You Like: Making New Friends?
