Wear a mouth guard when playing sports to keep from looking like this!

Rub the skin of an orange rind on your teeth after you’re done brushing your teeth.

Rinse your mouth with something that has fluoride daily.

Don’t eat or drink too many things with sugar!

Brush your teeth 2-3 times a day.

To keep harmful bacteria from growing in your mouth, eat a raw onion!

Floss at least once a day!

Maintain a healthy diet.

Eat plenty of meat, poultry, fish, and dairy products to get your B-12 vitamins.

Hair Care

Eat greens, leafy veggies, raw oats, salmon, whole grain cereals, eggs, and raisins.

. Make sure you eat enough vitamins B-6 and B-12

Eat bananas, potatoes and spinach to get your B-6 vitamins.

Don’t Use hair dryers, they will cause split ends, makes your hair look lifeless, and just plain damages it!

Eat your carrots!

You could substitute any meats with ostrich. Because it is loaded with protein, iron, and zinc.

In order for you to have good eyesight and healthy eyes eat your broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and bell peppers.

Salmon and sardines are a big help because omega 3 fats help protect tiny blood vessels in your eyes.

To have smooth healthy skin eat an avocado, it has essential oils and B-complex vitamins.

Oysters are gross but they are packed with zinc to fight pimples.

Acerola Cherries are 100% vitamin C

Eat a mango, it has vitamin A, vitamin A helps and repairs your skin cells

Mushrooms are also good for your skin because they have vitamin B-2 which helps with tissue maintenance and repair.

Vitamin E helps make your finger nails strong and makes them grow longer.

If you don’t get enough vitamin A and calcium will cause brittleness and dryness.

Lack of vitamin C, protein, and folic acid can cause hang nails.

Eat lots of zinc to keep your nails strong and healthy.

Don’t drink that has caffeine because it’ll just boost your energy.

Don’t use your electronics including phones, iPods, and laptops, they will trick your brain into thinking its daytime when it’s actually time for bed.

Don’t eat anything heavy because your body’s metabolism starts to slow down to prepare for bed.
