Capacity Upgrade Process SNS Report Triggers based on 2/3 past weeks, has to include the most recent week Site Level: Each week value is average of top 3 Utilisations for m530 Cell Level: Prxoy < threshold for 2 day TTI Util BHs as long as TTI Util > 10% at those BHs Action Register Dashboard Report Deployment CE, E1,F2 and Splits Program Triggers based on 2 week BHs Averaged, with 5 week historical trending for early trigger detection Faults Filter Special Events / Other Requirements NodeB Split or new site RAE State teams trigger based on other req and put in AR Regions Upgrade Paths F2 Report The upgrade path spreadsheet will detail the configuration for define capacity upgrade steps for each type of site ie. JV MORAN, INNER, MAMMOTH – NSN &HUAWEI Run weekly, based on a trended 5 week history, and last 2 week average for the BH of each bottleneck. The thresholds have become complicated and are detailed on slide 5
