FUNNY VOCABULARY idiom =ustálený víceslovný výraz, jenž nelze překládat doslova simile = přirovnání na základě podobnosti dvou věcí false friend = slova, která v obou jazycích znějí stejně či podobně, ale mají odlišný význam American versus British English = rozdíly v lexiku americké a britské angličtiny proverb = přísloví, výrok vyjadřující zkušenost, poučení, či obecné pravdy
