  2. Select the Red House Report Select Reports – Franchise Section

  3. Closed Job Export Filters Date range based on final bill dates. Job cost data is not complete at final bill date. Make sure to only look at jobs with complete job costs (30-60 days prior to current date)

  4. Closed Jobs exported to Excel Click to open Excel data sheet Excel data sheet will load

  5. Closed Job Download Location Create a new folder on you c:\ drive called ‘_caseresources’ (if not already there) Without the folder located at c:\_caseresources\ the pivot tables will not work. This is the same location you need to save Closed Job Pivot Analysis.xls (the pivot table template provided by Case.)

  6. Save Excel data file to Hard Drive 1) Click File on the excel data sheet 2) Go to Save As 3) Save file to c:\_caseresources\closedjobs.xls

  7. Close Red House / Excel Data Sheet To run the pivot table we do not want the excel data sheet download from Red House opened. After it is saved as c:\_caseresources\closedjobs.xls, close the workbook.

  8. Components of Pivot Table C:\_caseresources\closedjobs.xls Data file downloaded from Red House Closed Job Pivot Analysis.xls (this blank file is sent one time from Corporate) Pivot Analysis automatically links to closedjobs.xls for data analysis.

  9. Three Default Pivot Table Analysis 1) View GP’s by RC and Lead HRS 2) View GP’s by Size of the Job 3) View GP’s by T&M vs. Contracted
