    3. Rec/Competitive Player Curriculum Warm up and Stretch Training Technical Training Tactical Training Psychology and Performance Discussions Street Soccer Player Nutrition Talks Zone 1 curriculum performance and skill sets

US Soccer Zone 1 Curriculum Ages U6-U12 Training environment shift focus to performance and skill sets Technical competency and skill acquisition Skills: dribble, pass, receive, shoot, head, defend and attack Ratio of ball to player is one ball per player or one ball for two players Play small sided games 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4

    5. Travel Teams Curriculum Training sessions customized to meet the needs of field players and goalkeepers. Club coaches give input and request topics for training their teams. Topics: technical/tactical/functional training, defending, attacking, set plays, systems of play, mental and vision preparation, speed of play, possession play, and core strength Team shape in group play 4v4, 6v6, 8v8, 11v11

    6. Camp Features 12 to 1 ratio-players to coach US Soccer Licensed Coaches Age appropriate activities Core values honesty, respect for others, responsibility, teamwork Teach fundamentals of soccer in ways that children enjoy

    7. Camp Features Fitness and injury prevention Field players and goal keeper sessions Written evaluations of each player Complimentary Adidas soccer ball and t-shirt

    8. F or G coaching courses F License for coaches of U8 and U10 players G License for coaches of U6 players 4 hours per course Two evenings or one day $30.00 fee includes, books, DVD, classroom instruction and field sessions Coaching Education

    9. Day Camp Sessions Three sessions: M-F 8:30 am - 12:00 pm 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Camp weeks 2011: June 13-17 July 11-15 Aug 8-12 June 20-24 July 18-22 Aug 15-19 June 27- July 1 July 25-19 Aug 22-26 July 5-9 Aug 1-5

    11. Cost and Discounts $135 Mon-Fri morning or evening $220 Mon-Fri full day Family Discounts - $10.00 discount per additional family member at the same session. Team Discount - $10.00 discount per player for minimum of 8 players per team. Multiple Camp Discount - $10.00 discount per player per week for attendance at additional sessions. Early Registration - $10.00 per player if registered before May 1, 2011

Host Club Agreement Clubs who host a day camp must complete a day camp contract return by April 1, 2011 The agreement must be signed by a club officer Club will advertise camp on their website Club will provide fields and toilets for campers Fund Raiser $10.00 rebate per camper 5 scholarships after 50 registered campers

    13. Player Registration Online registration/pay epysa.org Also, player registration form found in camp brochure at EPYSA.org Mail in player registration form with a check to Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer. Check website for camp locations, dates and times reserve your spot early

    14. Travel Team Rosters Individual player and Team Roster forms are available online. Coaches must mail in a Team Roster form 4 weeks prior to camp date. Team members must complete individual player registration forms by May 1, 2011.
