  3. PRIMARY SCHOOL • AN INSTITUTION WHERE CHILDREN RECEIVE THE FIRST STAGE OF COMPULSORYEDUCATION - CHILDREN GENERALLY ATTEND PRIMARY SCHOOL FROM FIVEUNTIL THE AGE OF 11 OR 12

  4. SECONDARY SCHOOL - COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL - EDUCATION IN BRITAIN IS FREE • MOST CHILDREN GO TO STATE • SCHOOL

  5. GCSE EXAM • AFTER SSTAKE PUPILS GCSE EXAM • THIS EXAM IS MADE STATE OF UNIVERSITY • FOR OUR STUDENTS IS THISEXAMSOMETHING LIKELEAVING-EXAMINATION

  6. UNIVERSITY • STUDENTS NORMALLY GO FROM 18 • STUDY FOR AN ACADEMIC DEGREE

  7. SUBJECTS ARTS English French, German or Spanish History Geography Art and Music Sciences Maths Physics Chemistry Biology IT

  8. EXAMS In GB pupils take GCSE A levels (usually in 2 or 3 subjects) AS exams in more subjects - at the age of 16 - at the age of 18

  9. CZECH EDUCATION • SCHOOL ATTENDANCE IN THE CR IS COMPULSORY FROM 6 TO 15 • MOST CHILDREN ATTEND STATE SCHOOL • PUPILS DO NOT WEAR UNIFORMS • - AGE OF 15 PUPILS TRANSFER FROM PS TO SS
