  4. Why are good communication skills important? • Imagine a business with NO communication… • What would happen to your business if all of your employees had poor communication skills? • How easy/hard do you think it will be to find a job without good communication skills?

  6. Why do we have to learn this? • No matter what kind of job you have after school, you will need good communication skills.
