Experienced Commercial Leadership Program Global Class Size: 125 • Two year program… four 6 month rotations • Marketing and sales experience • Challenging assignments within multiple segments of a GE business • One International rotation • Global program with ECLPs in the U.S., China, Japan, Europe and the Middle East • Six Sigma Black Belt certification

  6. Edison Engineering Development Program Domestic Class Size: 190 • 2-3 year program • Broad experiences: Systems, Analysis, Design, Quality, Reliability, and Integration & Test • Formal technical problem-solving skills • Business skills developed in corporate leadership courses

Information Management Leadership Program Domestic Class Size: 120 • 2-year program … four 6-month assignments • Assignments focus on vital business processes: new product introduction, sales force effectiveness and the delivery of world-class innovative IT solutions. • On-the-job training and/or formal coursework

Operations Management Leadership Program Domestic Class Size: 140 • 2-year program… 3 rotational assignments • Technical training: LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma, global supply chain management • Broad experiences: • Manufacturing shop operations • Process engineering • Six Sigma quality • Materials management • Supply chain management • Environmental health & safety

Commercial Leadership Program Global Class Size: 8 - 15 • 15 months program… three 5 months rotations • Develops marketing and sales skills through a strong core curriculum • Challenging assignments in key sales and/or marketing roles. • Prepares candidates for a successful career in sales, marketing, and leadership
