FOSTERING ENTERPRISE THROUGH WZCC • Commerce & business enterprises, established on the principles of Integrity and Industry, are Zarathushti hallmarks. • WZCC was created: • To stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit of Zarathushtis • To facilitate trade & commerce through networking • By utilising the vast resources within the Community to create opportunities for entrepreneurs.

BUSINESS PLAN CONTEST • Applications invited from Zarathushti entrepreneurs. • Workshop will be organised on preparing a professional Business Plan and Presentation Skills. • Formats and reading material will be provided • Panel of investors will evaluate the entries for awards. • Proposed corporate-sponsored Business Plans such as: • Technology • Life Sciences • Engineering • Food Processing & Agro • Most futuristic • Attract funding from the investors. • Minimum investment – Rs. 5 lakh

CONTEST PROCESS • Submission of Enrolment Forms. • Workshop : “How to Make A Bankable Business Plan.” • Submission of Executive Summaries. • Screening of Executive Summaries and acceptance of entries for the Business Plan Contest. • Submission of Business Plans. • Circulation of Business Plans to panel of judges (investors). • Presentation of Business Plans and its Evaluation • Announcement of Results and Awards Ceremony. • Connecting participants with investors for funding.

YOUR ROLE IN THE BUSINESS PLAN CONTEST • Go through the Executive Summaries and Business Plans as per the Scoring Guidelines (½ day) • Provide your feedback for improvement to Contestant • Be present in the final presentation of Business Plans and award ceremony(½ day) • Your time investment for the Contest – two of ½ days
