DeafTEC Workshops Project Access Working Together A WORKSHOP DESIGNED TO HELP EMPLOYERS UNDERSTAND DEAF CULTURE, COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH DEAF AND HARD-OF-HEARING EMPLOYEES, AND DEVELOP THE SENSITIVITY AND SKILLS FOR COLLEAGUES TO WORK TOGETHER SUCCESSFULLY. • A WORKSHOP DESIGNED TO HELP FACULTY UNDERSTAND DEAF CULTURE AND ADAPT THEIR TEACHING STYLE TO FOSTER BETTER LEARNING FOR DEAF AND HARD-OF-HEARING STUDENTS, AS WELL AS ALL OTHER STUDENTS.
