  2. Section 1512 Reporting • 1st report due October 10, 2009 (no later than 10 days after end of each quarter) • Maintain current registration in Central Contractor Registration • www.FederalReporting.gov

Single Audit Reporting • Separately identify expenditures of Recovery Act funds on Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA). • Submit Data Collection Form (SF-SAC) • Submit within nine months after end of recipient’s fiscal year to Federal Audit Clearinghouse Internet Data Entry System: • http://harvester.census.gov/fac

  4. Interim Financial Status Report • SF269 submitted 90 days after anniversary of project period start date. • Submit to: Grants Management Office U.S. EPA, Region 4 61 Forsyth Street Atlanta, GA 30303

  5. Federal Cash Transaction Report (SF272) • Due 15 working days after December 31 • Send to: Las Vegas Finance Center U.S.EPA P.O. Box 98515 Las Vegas, NV 89193-8515
