We will try to cover all the significant components that are considered integrated part of nutrition and lifestyle that lead to Good health. What Is Good Health? Health is a state of Physical, Mental, Emotional, and social balance. All these four aspects of health are very closely linked and change in one directly affects the other. Therefore, we will include suggestions on improving physical and Mental health, managing emotion, and achieving social well- being. Simple And Easy Health Tips To Improve Lifestyle 1. Eating a healthy and balanced diet - Humans need food to grow and develop a healthy body. Include foods from each food group. Include whole-grain, legumes, nuts, vegetables, meat, dairy and fruits in your everyday diet. Eat variety of coloured fruits and vegetables rich in minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants. Eat three meals a day. Dinner should not be your largest meal. Eat the minor portion that can satisfy your hunger pangs. Between the meals, you can have healthy snacks in a moderate amount, such as fruit or nuts. Consume less sugar and salt - If you consume sodium more than recommended amount, you put yourself at the risk of high blood pressure, which in turn increases the chances of cardiac diseases. Mostly you get sodium from salt. Reduce the intake of salt to a teaspoon a day. In addition, limit the intake of soy sauce and other high sodium condiments. Avoid salty snacks. 2. On the other hand, excessive intake of sugar intake increases the risk of unhealthy weight gain and tooth decay. Reduce the free sugar intake to 30 grams in a day in adults. Uncontrolled hypertension increases the risk of cardiac, kidney, brain, and heart diseases. Regular blood pressure check-ups help you to maintain blood pressure under check.
