  2. What is Fiberglass resin? • Fiberglass resin is a resin created by joining two non-natural, or synthetic, substances, like ethanol and in the presence of inorganic acids. Types may be used for the preparation of the resin. The proteins may be reconstituted into gels, reformed into films, and absorbed into liquids. Fiberglass polyesters are also have the advantage of being less expensive than most polyurethane polyesters.
