State Balancing Incentive Payments • DHS Executive Rebalancing Workgroup • Questions specific to State Percentages (target groups to include) • AR is actively working on all 3 structural reforms: • Non-Conflict Case Management: 12 months • Single Entry Point System (No Wrong Door): 18 months • Standardized assessment: 18-24 months
