  8. Foundational reading • Focuses on pre-determined ideological commitments, professional knowledge, philosophical and/or ethical base. Judi Apte EOS Management

  9. Cultural reading • Focuses on significant meanings and expectations of cultures, including cultures of: • an organization • an ethnic/cultural group • a professional community • a community of practice. Judi Apte EOS Management
